Selling Music on Steam!

As a Steam Curator and musician myself I would like to be able to offer my music/albums for gamers to purchase and download to use in their games.

Steam sells movies now, so why not music packs?

Also, I would love to include trading cards, these would feature all my single/album covers etc.

Imagine a new Steam feature, where Steam users can download music packs and use them in their favourite games, a bit like Steam Workshop.

if i can buy, download and put into my music library then i would start buying right now i'm not buying any movies from steam because you cant download them and need a internet connection

i dont think Valve wants to get into the huge mumbojumbo that is the music industry right now

Great suggestion.

They will most likely try their hand at creating and selling their own music first.

Before considering offers from just any Tom, ♥♥♥♥, and Harry.

Well they just got into the huge Movie mumbojumbo, I don't see any difference. In the end it makes even more money for Steam as well as musicians.
