The Ukraine never used rubles
The Ukraine was schedule to get its native currency up until Crimea got invaded. As such they have always been on the 'normal' USD currency. There has never been a Ukriane 'store' nor have the Ukraine ever had their own 'tiered' currency like Australia.
Again nothing has changed in the Ukraine. They have always used the full USD pricing. The new system changes nothing.
