The only people who you have to convince to get games working on Wine are the people who work on Wine. They are the only ones you should be talking to.
Or even better why bother with wine, bug the developers/publishers of the games to make Linux versions.
DRM on the games is up to the developers/publishers of the games, you need to ask them to remove it.
If you want the games on linux to run better.. then yup you guessed it, talk to the developers/publishers of the games.
As to having all the games you own working on linux, well there is a very high chance thats never going to happen. There are only 2 groups of people you need to talk to, to get them working on Linux.... the Wine group and the developers/publishers of the games. Other then sell the games, they have nothing to do with getting them working on what ever OS you want.
