App Notification for Download Completion

Please add an option to the Steam mobile app to send a push notification whenever a game or application finishes downloading via a client where the user is signed in.

When I download a new game (or other piece of software), it typically takes well over an hour, so I'll leave my desktop to do other things. Rather than remembering to check on the status of my download every 15-30 minutes or so, it would be very convenient if the Steam app could notify me that my download has finished and the game is ready to play.

Being able to get an update of the current download status (completion percentage, current/average download rate) would also be a welcome related feature, but my primary wish is a push notification from the Steam app when a download has finished.

I searched for this on Google if it already exists and I don't know why they didn't already implemented such an obvious and simple feature. I guess it doesn't exist since I didn't see anything about such a feature anywhere else. If you know better than me please let me know.
