HOW TO make a complain About A Support Help desk.
Hi, I get a really poor Service from a support guy.

I do have my steam account since 2005. never Have any problem.

But I request Help this week From the steam support.
My first question was the 13 and we are the 18.
I asked for the hierarchic superior 3 times he never respond to that.
only keep copy pasting the same useless generic thing...

I was Help desk before become a Admin.
I know This job could be tricky and you got a lot of stupid situation and questions.

Than If that Support manage to lose my patience, We have a problem.

I will not say is name or any detail.

I am just asking where and who is the best way to Make a complain about a bad Support.

thank you

Valve is a flat organization, there is no "superior" in Support. You can send another ticket complaining to Steam Support, but I doubt it will do anything other than help clog an already clogged system further.

if I make another support ticket
he will delete it.

I try to Make my question in french. it is my first language,
maybe that way I will get understand or get better answer.

HE DELETE IT.

Right...a single support tech is out to delete your tickets... You know how the ticket queue works? The same person does not receive all tickets from a single individual. The distribution is relatively random.

What is your issue anyway?

He Delete it.

put the question in the first Ticket.

But The Second question is simply not the same as The First question.

He just dont read it.

Only send 1 question at a time. Extra submissions either get merged or closed. Rather than making a complaint, how about spending that time resolving the problem at hand.

What if My other Question is in another language?

and It is not the same question as the English one?

And in steam Support do it have layer like any support in the world

layer 1 2 and 3?

Steam Support isn't tiered. There is no escalation process.

Before you start hating on Steam support, consider this:

Lets think about this logically; there are currently 4,600,000 users on steam. If just 0.01% of these users have a problem and submit a support ticket right now, then thats 460 tickets filed. Now lets consider adding the time taken to review and solve the problems in these tickets, this can be anywhere from a few hours to a few days (I reckon). This means taking over a year of Steam Support's man hours to review and solve these tickets.

Are you begining to see what I am getting to here? It may take a while but be patient and I'm sure they will get to your ticket

I can't really make heads or tales of this sentance.
However, it seems some people can't follow simple logic, which is what that quote is.

All it's saying is that even if only a miniscule amount of people posted a support ticket(it's actually a lot more then that.), it would still take a long time to respond to each of them.
