trying to buy the digital deluxe of BO2.[STUCK]
Hello, I have Black ops2 ,just the normal game nothing special and I would like to buy and download the digital deluxe edition. so I added it to my shopping card...but I can't click purchase for myself of for a friend. is steam busy at the moment? should I reboot my pc? should I just wait?

please help me

Make sure you are putting the upgrade into your cart, not the full game. If that's not working then it may just be that the Steam is just too busy at the moment to process it. Try again at a quieter time of day.

that's weird, I just took a random game to see if that works and....it works :/
so it has to be something to do with black ops 2.

(copy-pasting this from my other post, so more people will see)

Step 1: Add the digital deluxe edition to your shopping cart.
Step 2: Freak out that the button is 'grey'ed' out.
Step 3: Copy this link to your adress line: https://store.steampowered.com/checkout/?purchasetype=self
Step 4: Pay for the upgrade.
Step 5: Let Steam download the upgrade.
Step 6: Enjoy.
