Steam doesn't recognize my King Arthur activation code

I played the game before and uninstalled it.Today i checked and rechecked the code,it simply doesn't recognize it and i cant go further with the installation.Restarting steam doesn't work either.

Log in to the account where you activated it in the first place. You cannot reuse and activation code on a different account.

Did you buy the game through the Steam store? If you did and you still have the purchase email the correct account that the game was bought on will be named at the top of your purchase email.

Otherwise, try this Steam support article -> Regaining access to your lost Steam Account and resetting your account credentials.

I will probably have to use my new account for Sniper Alite, thats why i changed it. What you say?

You have already tied Sniper Elite to the account you are posting from, so yes, you will have to use this account to play that game.

With Steam your games are tied to the account that you redeem them onto, or buy them on - you can then download the games as many times as you want, on as many PC's as you want, though you can only log into one PC at a time.

Will uninstalling steam remove all the accounts i have immediately, that i can start from sratch?How long after uninstallation does your old email adresses remain on the steam server? Cause i want to use one of them again. Thanks

No - uninstalling Steam will have no effect on your accounts.

Your accounts are permanent - tying games to the account is a permanent thing - this is the way that Steam works. You need to keep track of the account name, password and email for your accounts. You can use Steam->Change user at the top left of the client to log out of one account and log into the other one, but once a game has been tied to an account, downloaded/installed and played there is no way to move it to another one.
