it does not only depend on your video card..your RAM and Processor Speed will help in that..

Well, uh, I've currently got a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ CPU...
My specs are;
AMD Radeon 7850
4 GB RAM, Corsair Vengance up to 1660 MHZ or something like that.
...and here's my ♥♥♥♥♥♥ CPU, AMD Athlon (tm) II X2 260 Proccesor 3.2 GHz, (dual core).
I recently bought a new CPU, it's on its way, though. I don't remember its name, but this is the only thing I remember...
3,9 GHz turbo boost, 6 core.

well i guess your computer is good enough to run BF3 but not on ultra probably on high or medium..i guess you should wait for your new CPU so you could play on ultra!

Its good. But I would go for 660Ti. Core i5 3750K+660Ti+8GB G.Skill 1800Mhz= 80+FPS on ULTRA.

FX CPUs are pretty pants, i just got rid of mine for an intel. That processor won't allow you to run it on high, maybe a few of those settings on but not a very high fps count. I would definitely reccomend you get a 3570k as Nikopol suggested but everything else you have is fine, a 7850 should get you near to ultra with good fps.
