I need help connecting sixaxis to the pc

Soo I recently tried to connect the ps3 sixaxis to my laptop and I got most of the controls to work when I play left 4 dead. The only thing that I can't get working is the basic movement for the controls-I can walk but I can't look around. Can anyone help me with this issue? it's really annoying. Also the sixaxis seems really sensative everytime I walk around or move. How can I fix this?

well in left 4 dead I would recomend you to use Xbox360 Controllers because I had problems like you and I never managed to fix it...

Are you using motion joy?

If so you might wanna use the Xbox360 Emulation setting, seeming as alot of games don't have Ps3 controller support. I managed to use a ps3 controller with Tf2 using that method.

Yeah I tried that. It didn't work and it just messed the controller up so it didn't work at all

Oh.
Try going into the settings for the Ps3 controller controls..
From what I remember there's a motion sensor setting (X axis and Y axis) I found if you change that to your right stick (X and Y) you might be able to look around in-game.

(I'm doing this off of memory, and I don't remember how I got my Ps3 Controller to work exactly.)
