GTA IV SERIAL

i bought GTA IV thats in promotion, i already downloaded it ... I tried to play the game but it says "failed to conect server key"... what can i do to fix it?

Same here. I wrote email to steam support and still waiting for an answer.
I can't believe they are selling games without serial number, just to take our money.

You can't see the future. You can only predict it. As it happens, Valve has fallen short on their prediction and therefore do not have enough keys. These predictions would have been based off previous sales and the amount they sold back then.

They will have contacted Rockstar and the moment they get more keys they will be automatically added to your account!
