I am trying to get started on making some Dota 2 items but i cannot get Studiocompiler to work.
I get an error saying

Activation context generation failed for "C:\Program Files\StudioCompiler\StudioCompiler.exe". Dependent Assembly Microsoft.VC90.MFC,processorArchitecture="x86",publicKeyToken="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b",type="win32",version="9.0.21022.8" could not be found. Please use sxstrace.exe for detailed diagnosis.

I have looked all around but cannot find a resolution. I have re-installed C ++ and i doesn't change a thing. I have updated windows and still nothing. I am bashing my face into my desk. PLEASE HELP!
