Report a translation problem
Just copy the steamapps folder and carry it over to your other PC's Steam location. (default location: C:\Program Files\Steam\)
If you only want to download that one game, you should find its folder inside the steamapps folder and then copypaste that to the other PC's steamapps folder.
Once you've done that, you should still see on your client it's not downloaded, but once you click 'Install', it should download it in a second. You might want to verify the cache to ensure there's no corrupted files in the process by right mouse clicking it on your Steam Library -> choosing Properties -> Local Files and from there [Verify Integrity of Game Cache]
