Clipboard?
How do I open it? (I'm new at PC gaming. Gimme a break, ok?)

Clipboard? As in the thing you copy to and paste from?
In general, you don't access the clipboard as it only stores one item that you have selected to copy.

If you're using anything more recent than Windows XP, it's not a native executable function, you have to download a third-party clipboard manager.

anything that tells you it has 'copied to clipboard' you can access just by right clicking in the box that the thing needs pasting into and selecting paste from the dropdown list.
