Unused Steam Wallet code currently not working
I bought two cards from GameStop a week ago, using a Powerup Rewards card, and lost the receipt. Going on my Powerup Rewards account shows that I own it and have not used it, and displays the redeem code, yet using the exact code only gives me a prompt which tells me the code is invalid.

Help?

Make sure you're entering the code and not the Ref ID.

The code looks like the format: AAAAA-BBBBB-CCCCC
