STEAM CS 1.6 MOUSE LAG :(

Hi,
i started to have issue with my mouse in cs just suddenly after installing gamebooster 3.4 i saw mouse lag so i restored it and uninstalled but no luck. when i enter to a server my mouse starts to lag, fps-100 always and it lags when i enter options too and when playing.i reinstalled my steam and cs but it lags ,, i have an ATI graphics card and i tried to disable ati hotkey poller but nothing. i tried to run non steam cs 1.6 and whoah no lag :| my mouse lags when i play steam cs 1.6 , and non steam cs doesnt have lag wtf now i cant play :( and i have logitech bluetooth mouse and it has nothing to do with lag its just my pc or steam idk.. btw i reinstalled ati drivers.
