Steam In-Game UI with World of Warcraft
Now I know its not really needed because I could simply push the windows key, but I seem to not be able to bring up the Steam In-game UI anymore. I haven't used it since before Mists of Pandaria, but decided to go ahead and use it now so I could go back to using (windowed) full screen, rather than Windowed.

I have tried deleting my WTF, Cache, and Interface folders (WoW's addon management folders). But again this did not work.

I don't really need this, its just I would like to see if there is a fix.

Thanks either way.

Maybe it was an update?

Because that's probably what happened, they did something to accidentally kill it. I mean if it's not a terrible problem then you might have to live with it.

Do you have another computer to try this with? Maybe it's just something with your computer. Like how HL2 often crashes on some computers and not others.
if you look at the original post on WoW (i gave the link), another person had the same problem. Ya it was probably the MoP update that threw it off....i was just wondering if anyone had a fix. If not, then im ok with not using it too,
I remember a few years ago steam stopped working with World of Warcraft. The problem lies on Blizzards end and they dont care. If it works it works, if it doesnt it doesnt. Thats Blizzards attitude on steam working with their games. Understandable-ish.

Its up to the community to see if they can get it to work.

We found a fix for it on WoW's forums. You have to go into the properties for the WoW shortcut in the steam launcher and switch it to the 64-bit client if you are using the 64-bit mode. It not automatically checking for us. This fixed my problem. You all can try it yourself, it should work.
the downside is that the Update manager (launcher) is not loaded. So in order to update WoW, youll have to load that up first then exit out of it.
