Ok so I bought a PC controller and its not letting me look around

What the heck is the problem I cant look up and down to aim its kind of a annoying and stressing me out is there a way to set the left analog stick to do that?

Well I know that but how do I do it so that the right analog works? Cause thats the only thing not working is there a site to download a control settings app for my laptop?

What's the brand of the controller?

If it's a cheap one, it might not have software of its own to manage the buttons.
And besides that, not all games support brand controllers.

Its a cheap one there isnt even a brand its just called a universal wired controller its by ttx tech

Then I think there is no driver nor app for it...
I guess you'll have to triple look trough your controller settings options of the game(s)

And maybe some games don't allow you to use the analog stick to look around :)

Yea cause it doesnt even work for Fallout New Vegas and thats why I bought it
