Steam interface ingame

i can not open the steam interface while playing, in (by the moment) 2 games : skyrim and spec ops the line, both bought in steam store.
Anyone can help? Why does not work steam interface while playing?

some games dont allow steam interface yet but a glitch has been happing ing with games that do allow it i found a way to fix this but temorarilly just exit steam then relog in and it should work fine it works for me :D
