How do I turn dead NPC's into ragdolls on Gmod 13?

I'm having the exact opposite issue. all my NPCs are turning into ragdolls which slows the ♥♥♥♥ out of my game.

i have been looking for a solution and i found one. Go to your console and type: ai_keepragdolls 0

i found out that if you have "keep corpses" on in the NPC section when you hold "C" it turns dead bodies into ragdolls and vise versa
