Doom 3 BFG edition CD key NOT WORKING HELP ! CANT CONTACT STEAM SUPPORT
Ohk, so i bought doom 3 BFG a couple days a go, got all excited and brought it home to find out that the CD key will not work, and what is weirder it says that the i ALREADY own the product? so i click next to continue with installation and it says "this cannot be installed"


so i thought i had a dud code, brought it back to get a new one and what do you know same problem.

i even made a new steam account and tried it on that one !! Had the identically same problem!

and just to top it off i cant contact steam support because there site is telling me to click the welcome email to do something and i click re-send, and don't ever get a new email.

So i made a Fresh steam support account and SAME BLOODY PROBLEM !

Anyone please help !

Someone already posted this same problem the other day. Because you have it before it's actually released, you cannot install it.

Doom 3 BFG edition CD key NOT WORKING on Steam in Germany. Date 17.10.2012 .The cd code runs already on Steam ??????????????

Look above IT HAS NOT BEEN RELEASED YET. It will be released October 19

Not to mention you're in Gemrany so it may never be released in your region
