Help Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® 3 Collection 4: Final Assault I bought this DLC on today. But I can't play this DLC why ???? It said "Missing or damage". How can i re-download this DLC

A lot of complaints on this issue. The forum has a few solutions.
1. Delete folder "appcache" of the game folder and restart Steam.
2.Proverit integrity cache.
3. To go to the multiplayer menu of a single game.
4. I helped remove the multiplayer part of the game and reinstall.
5. Many players, and that did not help, I hope you'll not one of them,

I have the maps, but no games found with DLC!
If i disable dlc content i can play instantly...
Any ideas?

Three of my friends have the same problem. They share two things:
1. The fact that there is no way to not help them.
2. The fact that each of them has any one of the additions to the game.
All my friends, having a full set of cards have no problems with the game. It is likely that this may be the point.
