Contacting a Steam admin in an Emergency

A friend and I have been having trouble contacting a Steam administrator, or somebody in a position to help in an emergency. A second friend has threatened to harm him/herself in chat, and we are very concerned for his/her safety. (We have no contact information for this friend, nor are we requesting any. We understand why this needs to remain hidden from us.) However, we are asking that someone at Valve please contact the relevant authorities. We have tried using Valve’s website contact form and also reporting this friend’s profile, but have not received replies, and this is obviously time-sensitive. Could an admin please contact me so that I can link them to the profile of the person in question and hopefully get him or her some help?

Ianskate and Silicon Vampire are online and modding these pages right now. See if you can flag down one of them in threads and see what the appropriate measures are in this situation.

Ianskate's profile seems to be missing a "Send Message" button entirely (unlike the others that simply won't work), and I can't find Silicon Vampire. This is one of the reasons why I'm frustrated. I appreciate your help.
