DOTA 2 Gift Pass.
When purchasing the Dota 2 29.99 pack, I gained a bunch of cosmetic items, access for myself. According to the Dota 2 official blog (which is a reason I bought this for early access), it says..: "you can also purchase this bundle which contains an invite for you and a friend plus nine in-game items."

I do not see this gift in my manage games tab, or anywhere for that matter.

Please help :)

Yeah, that's where I thought it would be. Nothing under the steam tab sad to say.

Try restarting your client. The lack of a giftable invite seems to be happening to most people, since Valve can't seem to make up their minds as to whether or not you get one (I didn't), but it's worth a shot to try.

I think the DOTA2 Early access bundle does NOT grant the extra invite any longer.
At least on the Store page of the bundle did not mention it last time i checked. (Previously it did)
