saints row the third graphic problem

i recently bought saints row the third, but the game doesnt seem to be working. the sound is great but the graphics is horrible. i cant see the loading screen, when playing the game, the screen is just dark. anyone having the same problem or is it just me?

mine works just fine have u tried checking how it works with direct x9 before you start the game even tho should work on 11

Graphic driver up to date? Windows up to date? Support your graphic card saints row? DirectX up to date?

i have tried directx 9 but it does not work it sr3 only crashes as for window update ill let you know because i have like 81 new importan update i need to do. idk about graphic driver, how do i find out if my driver is up to date. I have directx 11 by the way

Press Windows Key + R key at the same time and type inside dxdiag and hit Ok. Now you see a bunch of information about your PC like CPU and memory. At the Display part (click at top Display), you see the name of your graphiccard, the version and the date of the graphic driver.

memory is 8192MB RAM
directx 11
i go intel(R) HD Graphics family

you forgot the date of your driver. but 8 GB ram, your system can't be that old.
I would update the drivers, windows and directx9.

well laptop, anyways its a macbook pro but it has windows 7 on it

lol it has windows so it runs like a pc, just fniished updating, lets hope for the best

it doesnt even load to the main menu it just stops working now... anyone else got any ideas?

ok i had a problem like this but if was diffrent i updated every little thing on my computer and something fixed it and if u are running this game with dual graphic cards it will not work well no matter how u set it up it will run 20-30 fps this game is ment to run a single graphic card just like GTA 4 i belived the programmers were lazy to fix this problem with dual graphic cards
