Graphics Error: An error has occurred resetting D3D when launching CS:GO

Hi everyone. I get this error when launching CS:GO everytime. I also keep Diablo III open 24/7 and my Diablo screen greys out until I press OK on the error msg. I have a GTX660Ti with the latest drivers. Anyone know why I keep getting this error msg when launching CS:GO? I'm not sure if the error msg is from Diablo III, but I do know CS:GO is causing it.

Have you tried quitting diablo 3 and then trying csgo? Crazy idea i know.....
