Firewall (allow/exception) whitelist of Steam/Valve Domain IP addresses
After searching here and Support without any hits, (still shocked!) I decided to post it here for others. Iblocklist.com page for steam [www.iblocklist.com] I can't believe Steam doesn't have a support page listing all the Valid IP Addresses of their Servers. I don't know how to get a dump of their Name Server: NS1.valvesoftware.com which should have the complete valid list as http://whois.domaintools.com/valvesoftware.com shows.
*I use free "PeerBlock" Firewall and recommend using it WITH your current AV suite. It catches stuff Norton, McAfee, Panda, & Kaspersky all let thru. :/

I know this is a very very very old thread, but I found a simple solution, open with 7z the list that contains the the valve ips in peerblock directory/lists (is the big file), extract to desktop, open with notepad++, find all lines with Valve in it and copy the result to a new file, valve.p2p, in peerblock add the new file to a white list.
