can i still play the games i have bought or downloaded in offline mode

Offline Mode must be set up properly before you need to use it.

When you do need to use it, it is best to disable your local area network connection either by unplugging the cable or disabling the interface in the device manager

You can not purchase or download games in Offline Mode.

Alright thanks because am new to Steam you see but i need to get a good enuff laptop or PC to run games on here.

It works fine. I've used it for several years now, and it's been completely stable for at least two years.

It does say that, but after someone else posted on here earlier, i tested it out - i have to log into steam each and every time i start the computer because i don't save the password. But, if i pull out the lan cable and start steam it just logs me into the last account that was used. Regardless of saved password or not.
