Steam Content Download capped?
I can't find a fast content server for downloading games. Is there a limit for download rates? The fastest server I've found is at about 2,3MB/s.

You know... you're not the only one on that server.........

Should not matter. Traffic should be balanced. E.g I max my connection at 16MB/s on public cdn's like sourceforge, nvidia, netbeans, google and other services. And I can tell you that these providers have a hell lot more traffic than steam.
