got a trojan virus after downloading a free game on steam
name of the game is pandora saga its a free mmo

no idea how to contact steam to tell them that cant find any email for that .....

its was a strong virus making my computer to crash whit a blue screen name of the virus is trojan win.32genome

I think it's far more likely that you hit a phishing/scam site rather than the actual Steam site. In any case, you can contact Steam support here:

It's more than likely a false positive with your Anti-Virus, you could add the Steam folder as a exception. I doubt Valve would add anything to Steam without checking if the game have viruses or not.

I have noticed this when I have been using Avast! over the past while. If you are running avast!, you need to disable "Auto Sandbox" from the options in avast!

well dont know but my blue screen crash stoped after i erased the virus

wich was in the game files and also the problem started the same day i installed the game

Why haven't more people encountered this problem? Surely Steam isn't sending out a special build of the game just to you. I checked over at the Pandora Saga hub and not a single other people reports having this problem.

It should be a false positive if you use avira.
Delete the file and verify the game cache and rescan the game, if its detected again it's a false positive. IF it doesn't scan your entire pc as the virus has another source.
