Old Steam Account vs New - Importance of a low Steam ID?
I rediscovered my old Half-Life Pack and found my old accountcredentials in this box, which I thoungt that I had lost them years ago.

Unfortunately I made a new steam account recently and during summersale I bought a load of games with this new one.

My question: Is it worth to switch back to my old Steam account just because it has a low Steam ID and the 8 years of service badge? I heared that one may be bullied with a "young" account when playing Valve games like CS, which I will definitely will play a lot again.

Is a low ID still that important, or should I stick with my new account which has more games on it.

Thanks for your input in advance!

Not worth it, I have old and forgotten account myself too.
No one has bullied me because of this newish account, however this account was created in 2006 and my old account is from 2004.
TIL people bully new accounts

Well, I would imagine someone has to be very childish to think a simple ID in a database means anything. Playtime in the particular game tells more about experience.

Very few people bother to look at your SteamID number. It's absolutely irrelevant in the grand scheme of things.

I have a low steam id I think. I'm only 12 though. But I'm using an old account my dad made a long time ago and I bought a bunch of games on this and I never got bullied in a game before.

Thank you for your answers! I will stick with my new one. You're right, if someone judges you by your ID, thats definitely childish. I just thought its still a symbol of status like it was in the "old times".
unless you have 8 years of service, your all cry baby noobs..... and fat ( i really hope people realize the sarcasm)

I've never seen anyone "bullied" or even had their steam-id mentioned in any games that i've played in.

If someone is sitting there checking how old everyones account is, they can't be doing that much playing....
