High Ping

I have very good internet connection, but when we are >4 on the net it lags for some odd reason. One of us can have up to 600 ping, which doesn't really make any sense. Does anyone know if my net is being limited and if there's some way to turn that off?

Btw it only lags on wireless. Wired works fine.

Are you saying it only lags when more than 4 people are using the internet at the same time? That seems like pretty obvious congestion (probably on your router/wireless AP.

Actually I think it also lags when 1 or 2 people are using the internet, it's just more frequent when more people are using it. I don't know much about congestion, but with such powerful net(12ms, 35 dl, 12 ul mbps), it should be able to handle atleast 4 people.

Your router might not be able to handle it though, is what I'm saying. Especially if they are all using wireless and taking up a lot of bandwidth.

It's just strange, it used to be able to handle it. I remember my friend went to the routers side (192.168.X.X) and did something, and it stopped lagging, even though we were 11-12 all playing online games.
