Help with finding a way for faster downloads.
I recently just started an account with steam and was wondering why my first download is takes several hours? is this normal or internet speed have anything to do with it?

You can try changing your default Steam Content Server. Though, it really depends on your internet speed.

To change your Steam Content Server go to Steam>Setting>Downloads+Cloud>Download Region.

is that where you can choose where the downloads come from? like for instance mine would be St. Louis
