MI account is a reboot

I formatted my pc and my account had a reboot/feedback about 7 months to change my avatar I had seven months ago when I had no games.
Missing all my games, my friends are gone and my avatar change.
my account is disabled, do not even let me add friends!
please I need help because I lost many games.

If it is definitely the correct account and a full steam delete and renstall does nothing then you'll probably just have to wait for support.

Im not sure what you are saying but it still sounds like you are logging in to an old account.

that is, as if you were in my old account logeando, from which I can see myself now. __

If everything looks like that other old account then what makes you think its NOT that old account?

Lets try this again.
When you log into that other account, also called voidray, what games are listed in the library?

The one with all these aliases...

Sorry I missed your explanation on the end of the first page.

This is very strange.

If you are positive that you are logging in to the correct account and see no games that should be there, then it looks like something only steam support could fix.

Looks like your account got rolled back somehow.

Have you checked to make sure it has the correct email address associated to it?

DOes it have the proper "member since" date?

One more thing, can yu log in with it and post to this thread?
