- Go to Steam Folder, usually (C:/Program Files/Steam) and delete the ClientRegistry.blob do this with Steam closed wait a minute or two and start again it should re-download your Steam Client version.

I haven't updated my video drivers because Im not able to. The display becomes too large and U can't open Catalyst Control Center, and there doesn't seem to be any way to fix that. I tried verifying it, still doesn't work. I also tried the adminstrator thing, but it still isn't running. Thanks for giving me these suggestions, it's a big help.
