Please help me to fix the crash error "Black Box" !

This is a generic guide on game crashes. Nothing else can be done without you provinding ANYTHING. "Black box" crash error says pretty much nothing. What happens? Do you get an error message from the game saying "Black box crash"?
Look in your maintenance center, it lists crashes and details for those crashes, post those details here.
Or provide a minidump.

Okay so first of all, don't run Steam as admin the way it was done in that video. It's completely unecessary and will not help solve your problem.

It's hard to know what the actual cause is without looking at the log from the crash, but my first guess would be a problem with your display driver.

It's also accutely possible that the game files are corrupt or incomplete in some way (again, hard to know without seeing the log). To fix this, you can either try reinstalling, or you can right click on the game in Steam, select "properties", select the "local files" tab, then click "Verify the integrity of the game cache".
