In game overlay not working

The in game overlay is not working in all games. Also I dont get the pop up that says press shift+tab to access in game steam community. And yes I have enable steam community in-game checked in steam settings, and in all games. I also tried changing the key to something else still dosen't fix the problem. I dont have rivatuner on this computer and the other programs listed and I tried disabling msi afterburner.

I've got the same problem. radiate.illusi0n removed launch options...I'm going to try the same when I get home and attempt again. Also I'm running Steam through Wine so that may be my problem.

Same. I have this problem in Spiral Knights and Dota 2.

I get a lot of this, too. Maybe I should try re-installing steam.

I fixed the promlem a long time ago all you have to do is completly delete the whole steam folder and then install it from the website.

guys ! my steam games lagg on normal mode but it plays well in softwre mode..n in normal mode in d least resolution it doent lagg...but the screen gets zooomed vry big ! elp please ! new on steam !
