How to create an own lobby in Modern Warfare 2?

Hello guys!

How can I create and start a new lobby? I want it because I really don't like cheaters, e.g. wh , or aim using players.
Should I download or install anything?

You can't choose to be host. You can however get Mw2sa which allows you to kick players when you are the host.
