Dota 2 disconnected from server unable to establish connection to the server

Ever since the latest update a few days ago I am unable to get into games. I can enter games as spectator and only Practice with Bots but whenever I try playing I get the "Disconnected from Server Unable to establish connection to server" message. I've tried the +clientport thingy, restarting, exiting steam and relogging and the basics but the result is still the same. A little help please.

Please know that this has to do with your ISP.

The guy in video has an ADSL ISP.
Multiplexing is not something every ISP has, or supports. So unless u have ADSL ISP, doubtful u have such options in your Modem and/or Router.

If you do not have such an option, ensure that things like Port Forwarding and Port Triggering are enabled in the Router. If the router has a high security rating enabled, or firewall. You might need to manually allow whatever ports your game client or games are requiring, to avoid drop-out or other connection related issues.

need to change ports through DOTA conosle, so easy. i made my port 270015 and it worked, i think the default is 270005 and that was blocked my my university firewall.
This allowed me to play and connect to Dota games using my university internet.
