Billing issues
Hey guys, I've got an issue and i've got no clue how to fix it. I've tried purchasing different titles, gifts, etc. on my steam account and my younger brother's account, and my step-brother's accoun. Everytime I try and run the transaction all i get is "An unexpected error has occured, please wait or check steam support" error message. I've tried using multiple different cards, double checked to make sure i've made no incorrect inputs or anything, but I literally cannot make any purchases on any of these accounts with any cards. Any clue what my problem could be?

Yes. I renewed a subscription for WoW and bought a some skins with BOTH cards

If you are 100% certain that you are entering all of your card details in correctly to Steam, then you may want to contact your bank to ensure they aren't blocking payments to Valve.

Wow I honestly didn't think of that. I'll make a call and see if any purchases are being blocked. I'll get back to you if the problem persists, thanks :D!

You might also want to try making a purchase in your web browser instead of the Steam Client.

If using a web browser doesn't help, nor is your bank blocking the transaction, then you will need to get in contact with Steam Support.

Steam Support requires an account that is DIFFERENT to your Steam Account, so if you don't have a Steam Support account you'll need to create one.

Once you have your Steam Support account, you'll need to create a new ticket:
