Linking Youtube Acct> Steam !!! argggg Halp

Now im sure you have all encountered someone with this problem before im not trying to upload my own video just video's like music and stuff on youtube ive tried searching around the web but nothing I can find that is a fix and ofcourse im still getting that message ///

You are only able to add YouTube videos that are public visibility, allow embedding, and that show up in a username search for your username. If you just now set a video to public in order to link your account, it may take some time for YouTube to index and it to show up in search results.

If anyone know's how to resolve this issue I would appreciate it.
