Installed steam to desktop, can't uninstall
So I installed steam quite a while ago. By accident I installed it to my desktop. Since I am lazy I didn't really care too much about it, but these icons kept replicating and now they have kinda taken over my desktop completely, it's just a giant mess. The problem is: Steam does not appear in the add/remove programs list. Help me. How do I uninstall steam?

That's really strange, can't you delete the icons?
Are you sure you looked in the right Control Panel window for the uninstall program?

Replicating icons sounds unusual, what are they for? Only Steam games you install through steam should get icons. Sure you don't have some malware?
