Need help with Counter-Strike 1.6

Hello there. I recently bought a computer, and I installed cs 1.6 but when I open it there are black bars on the sides. On my old computer i knew how to solve this in the nvidia control panel, but I don't have the same options with this video card (nvidia card too, and it's updated) . I think my computer is using the intel hd graphics 4000 card to run cs, and I can't change it, and I need some help fixing this black bars issue.

Intel has a control panel too. The option you're looking for is display scaling.

These black bars are none other than the bugs caused by the latest 1.6 update try reinstalling 1.6 with the latest version.

@Jimo Yes, i tried changing the resolution in-game , but still the same .
@Canti i went to the control panel of intel, but it only had 1 option regarding that, "maintain visualisation scale" (or something like that, it's in portuguese)
@Karl I installed cs yesterday, so it has to be the latest version, isn't it? :o I'll see that guide and try it!

One of my friends had the same problem but he reinstalled cs and steam + put all those commands + rates for the new update and it works great now.
