I can't log into Steam Support

I know this more than likely not the place for it, but I can't log into my Steam Support. I am certain that I have everything right, but whenever I try to enter the Image Verification, it won't work. I type it in the EXACT SAME WAY the image is, and I still get the "You did not enter the correct image verification code." message.

Just to clarify, you have a Steam Support account, yes? Steam Support requires an account that is DIFFERENT to your Steam Account, so if you don't have a Steam Support account you'll need to create one. https://support.steampowered.com/register

@FrazerJC Yes I have a Steam Support account. I guess I should've clarified on that, but yes. I enter my account info all, every bit of it, type in he Verification once more EXACTLY how it looks, and still no dice

Do you have a support account? Steam accounts are not the same thing as support accounts.

Because that's the way it works.

The Steam Support system uses a separate account. You can't login with your Steam account.

That way you can still access your Steam Support account even if you lose access to you Steam account.

i also can't register on steam support, experimented with 3 diff mail adresses, giving same error:
" There is already an account with this username. If you have previously registered support, please Login"
