How do I link my accounts?
Hey. So I'm an avid gamer of Dota 2 and I'm planning to buy some items in Steam, but unfortunately I do not know how to do it since I never payed for my games before. There are other methods of paying for this game but I did some research and some basic maths to just see in the end that I will be in a loss, buying through Steam is still the best way to do it.

So anyways, I want to know how to link my Steam Account to my Paypal, and my Paypal account to my Bank account (or have I said something wrong with it). If I miss something, please do tell me 'cause I'm new to this kind of things. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I will reply as soon as I can to helpful replies and the like, many thanks!

When you buy a product on Steam, you can tell Steam to remember your details.

You should have a read of the Paypal FAQs for assistance regarding linking your Paypal to your bank account, though.

I remember not buying any games on Steam yet at the moment.. Imma try looking at Paypal's FAQs as you said. Will be back in a moment.

I'm in the process of creating a new account since I forgot what was my password on my previous accounts of Paypal is. I have a question though, I don't have a Credit Card thing. I just have a Bank Book of sort like that, used for withdrawing and depositing directly to a bank. So what do I do?

Contact your bank. You'll need to use a credit or debit card, which is activated for online use, from your bank.

I see. So I'm going to update it to a credit card account in that way I can shop online. Is that right?

I would imagine your account can already have a card.

This is something you really need to discuss with your bank. They'll be able to tell you your options regarding shopping online.

I'm not really sure since all I do was to put in and take out money directly from the bank, like a savings account and as far as I can remember we have never been given a credit card to use.

You could purchase a vanilla Visa CC or Mastercard CC for buying games online.

I'm currently living in the Philippines and can you be more specific to what are you saying? I can't quite understand it completely.

Would still be worth talking to your bank, in my opinion. They'll run through your options with you.

Many countries allow the purchase of pre-paid brand-name credit cards at convenient locations.

I really don't know if it's the same in the Phillippines.

Oh, is that so. I think it's no different from here in the Philippines since many Filipinos are buyers and sellers online. I'll just directly to the bank and see what's preferable. Thanks for the reply.

Alright. Thanks for the quick answers and I'll update this thread after I got options from the bank.
