steam market activation

Probably I'm multiplying this topic but couln't find. I was said by friend that to activate steam market I don't really need to buy something on steam, but just for exchanging iteams (for example by exchanging some skins in CS:GO) by certain amount, it will be activated automaticly. I done some in the past week and wonder if in a month (same as after buying) steam will activate my market? Please tell if it's true or not.

You have to purchase a game on Steam and that purchase has to be 30 Days Old. You also need SteamGuard Activated for 15 Days before you can access the Steam Market.

No, you have to actually buy something from Steam, not just activate a code purchased somewhere else (Like a third party seller or a bundle site).

You can buy Wallet Funds or a Game.

i bought a game with sale for 0.79 euro and i have to wait 1 month now
