How to fix Error Code : -310 Can't open steam inventory.
Alright so i figure it out what was the problem causing this.

The main problem is your TIME DATE ZONE. So sreach for you TIME ZONE on Google.com and then on the right side bottom of your screen, left click on your time and select your TIME ZONE. After that see what time is it and what date it was. After you doing that, restart steam and there you go. Hope this will help you guy's. :demoticon:

Error Code: -310 issue was with the time for me. It was not on the computer but one of my routers had lost the time. I went in and reset the time on it and I was able to access my inventory again.

Come from your web browser and will be able to see the Marketplace and Inventory.

YO, timezone was a problem guys like 1 year ago see this post how old is it? idk why you can't see right now your steam inventory a lot of people can't see it so it's probably steam glitch.

Ye, we all get the ERROR:-310 or ERRORS up to 500 something. Which Means that Steams servers, is really busy. Because that there's much user trafic, it will proberly be fixed in some hours.

So there you go, steam servers are overloaded and i think that some of the steam employes don't work on holidays like new year and what not and they can't fix the problem, so calm down you should probably be able to see your items in few days.

So it's now 2 years since this thread had this last post but I have been having the same error message but for more than just my inventory it's also with the workshop and trying to change my profile picture if anyone knows how to fix this error please let me know.

problem related to your ISP, router, local network, netcard, firewall, antivirus
sometimes - virus infection
changing pictures sometimes have error when client used - try browser
