COMPUTER KEEPS RESTARTING WHEN INSTALLING GAMES AND SHOWS BLUE SCREEN WITH TEXT
Hi, my computer keeps restarting when i am downloading an game.It shows a blue screen with words on it and it restarts my computer. please tell me what is happening. I tried asking steam support but they didn't respond.

Faulty hardware / drivers.

RTL8192cu.sys points to Realtek device. Possibly Network card / Wireless USB drive (from Google). Update the drivers.

That blue screen tells u the story.

It's caused by faulty drivers from the Realtek 8192 Wireless LAN Adapter "RTL8192CU.SYS"

Please try connecting via wired lan connection, then download the latest driver for your wireless lan adapter; which is located here > http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=21&PFid=48&Level=5&Conn=4&ProdID=277&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false&Downloads=true#RTL8192CU

Alot of drivers on this linked page, please make sure u download ones for RTL8192CU
