how can i install OpenGL?
ok,so i recently got duke nukem 3D and noticed something very odd. i started up the game and it lagged (a lot) i was very puzzled as to why this had happened so i decided to investigate the problem and came to the conclusion that i may not have openGL on my system. I believe that this is because i have windows 8.1 (a pre realease version not out till October). Does anyone know how i can get openGL onto my system?
many thanks

Post your system specs. If your video drivers are up to date, you will have OpenGL installed. It's not something you can just go and "find".

It will be listed near your video driver settings in the Steam System Info dialog

Steam Main Window > Help > System Information

Video Card: Driver: NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GTX/9800 GTX+ DirectX Driver Name: nvd3dum.dll Driver Version: 9.18.13.2049 DirectX Driver Version: 9.18.13.2049 Driver Date: 21 June 2013 OpenGL Version: 3.3 <-------- here

He is telling you to check YOUR video equipment, tell us what it is. His text is an example of what you would find looking.

You get openGL from your video card driver. If thats up to date then thats all you can do about it.
