I think the issue may be the number of programs rather than any individual one. You have two anti-spyware programs so unless there's a good reason, only use one. Also, never run two firewalls at the same time as that can cause problems.
Also, the OS will natively use ~1 - 1.5GB RAM even when doing nothing. How much RAM do you have? 30% of 16GB is a whole different kettle of fish to 30% of 4GB!

No worries, better over than under-prepared! Always a good idea to protect your investment :) so around 2.4 GB RAM usage right? that's quite high, but as I said, that will probably go down. Google Chrome can also use a fair bit of RAM sometimes so if you've got that open it'll skew the results
What are the 2 antispywares? superantispyware (obviously) and whats the other?
Unless your system is generating hard faults, don't worry about memory usage. Windows 7 knows how to manage it.
