Steam crash during paypal purchases

So my steam crashes during paypal purchases. The crash occurs after steam redirects me to the paypal login screen. Anyone know a fix for this?

STEM in general is having Connection issues currently there is no fix but for valve to fix that issue...its a real pain we are all getting disconnected from steam and losing game matches b/c of it

Yeah I noticed that I get crashes with many other things too. I get crashes when I try to click to view a friends screenshot, and I been getting crashes when I click a mod in the workshop.
